| Popis: | The data on the efficacy and safety of combined pathogenetic therapy in the treatment of distal neuropathy in diabetic patients are presented. There has been demonstrated a positive clinical effect in the combined use of Actovegin, deproteinized hemoderivative of calf blood, and Neurobion, a combination of neurotropic B vitamins (Nycomed: a Takeda Company). The combination of antihypoxic, antioxidant effects of Actovegin in conjunction with the neurotropic action of Neurobion determine neuroprotective effect, has a positive impact on the metabolism of nerve tissue and reduces pain syndrome intensity in patients with diabetes mellitus. |
