Blueberry fruits have high qualities both in alimentation and also for pharmaceutical action. Studies in the field conducted nationwide target promoting favorable means and methods for the expansion and development of these crops on larger areas in Romania. Research was conducted in the experiment field located at the Tohat-Ulmeni farm, Maramureș County, in 2013. The experiment field is made of 8 blocks randomized in three repetitions, with 24 plots, each of them having 10 shrubs planted on ridges. The irrigation methodology of the experiment field consists of dripping through a system supported by a water source from a well commanded from a control panel, through a pump that distributes water from the supply line, through joints, to the zonal pipes from which, through nozzles, the watering takes place by dripping on every ridge. Experimental results emphasize that the average maximum production is on shrub no. 5 from plot R3B8, Hannah’s Choice variety, with a value of 2.855 kg/shrub in basic and supplementary irrigation and fertilization conditions. The minimum average production per plot is registered also for Hannah’s Choice variety on plot R2B5, with a value of 0.865 kg/shrub, in basic irrigation and fertilization conditions. The maximum average production per plot is for Hannah’s Choice variety on plot R3B8, with a value of 2.503 kg/shrub, in basic and supplementary irrigation and fertilization conditions. |
