Popis: There are several benefits of using organizational sustainability indicators and metrics and refer to the possible anticipation of conditions and trends, provision of warnings of possible occurrences and situations that avoid damage to the economic, social, and environmental aspects, and, assistance in management processes. This paper was to analyze the organizational sustainability metrics identified in academic literature in the last five years. Following the PRISMA methodology, seven relevant types of researches were related and framed in the selection criteria. The main contributions from the systematic review pointed to studies composed of different aspects (companies, cities, regions) linked to sustainability. Several metrics were identified, some focusing more on social aspects of the population and employees and others more on environmental aspects and their impacts on society and organizations. The limitations of the study are due to the method chosen that considered the last five years in the Scopus database and full articles in English.
