Popis:	Trophoblastic neoplasias are rare tumors, accounting for less than 1 % of malignant neoplasms of the female genital tract. Trophoblastic tumors associated with developing pregnancy are extremely rare. The article presents the successful experience of diagnostics and treatment of intraplacental chorioncarcinoma associated with progressing pregnancy.
