In order to study the effects of C/C green body heat treatment temperature on the microstructure and friction properties of C/C-SiC composites, the C/C green body was prepared by chemical vapor infiltration(CVI) with needled carbon felt as preform, and then the C/C-SiC composites were prepared by reactive melt infiltration(RMI). Results showed that the high temperature heat treatment of C/C green body did not change the phase composition of C/C-SiC composites. The heat treatment temperature of C/C green body had certain influences on the friction and wear properties of C/C-SiC composites. Compared with a heat treatment at 1 800 ℃, the friction surface of C/C-SiC composites was easier to form a dense lubricating film after a heat treatment at 2 000 ℃ and 2 200 ℃, and the friction coefficient increased gradually. Besides, with the increase of braking times, the change of friction coefficient declined and the braking was stable. |
