Popis: Metastatic pancreatic cancer is extremely rare in clinical practice, which is difficult to be identified due to complex diagnosis and treatment. However, with the improvement of living standards and continuous development of various precision diagnostic instruments and methods in recent year, especially the rapid development of endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA), the detection rate of pancreatic metastases has been gradually increased. EUS-FNA has multiple advantages of mild trauma, rapid recovery and high diagnostic accuracy. In this report, a 67-year old male patient who was diagnosed with gastric cancer 8 years ago and esophageal metastases from gastric cancer 7 months ago developed pancreatic space-occupying lesions. After pathological examination through EUS-FNA, he was diagnosed with pancreatic metastases from gastric cancer, providing evidence-based guidance for subsequent treatment.
