Objective: Platelet rich plasma (PRP) is an autologous substance widely used to stimulate dermal collagen synthesis. This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of a single PRP treatment for facial rejuvenation. Materials and Methods: This study was conducted at the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand from August 2020 to March 2021. Enrolled patients underwent a single intradermal injection treatment of 0.1 mL PRP at 30 locations on the face. Outcomes were assessed at 1, 2, and 4 weeks post-intervention using the patient-perceived age visual analog scale (VAS), FACE-Q assessment, and elasticity index (EI) with a Cutometer.
