With the decline of fishery resources, China has formulated a number of fishery resource management policies to protect fishery resources. However, there are some problems in the practical application, which has led to the incomplete realization of the desired effect of the policy. In order to improve the efficiency of Chinese fishery resource management policies and promote the high-quality development of Chinese fishery economy, this paper used the methods of case analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to sort out three types of fishery resource management policies in China from the perspectives of input control, technology control and output control. This paper systematically analyzed the evolution and application of Chinese various fishery resource management policies and the existing problems in the application process, and put forward the optimization plan of fishery resource management policies. It was found that there were some problems in China's fishery resource management policy, such as high government supervision cost, inadequate policy implementation, unclear responsibility of fishery workers to protect fishery resources, difficulty in transferring fishery workers to other industries and imperfect legislation. In the future, fishery resources management policies can be improved by developing fishery cooperation organizations, enhancing the awareness of fishery resources protection of fishery workers, clarifying the specific responsibilities of fishery resources protection of fishery workers, organizing vocational training of fishery workers and perfecting legislation of fishery resources management policies. |
