| Popis: | The association is defined as two or more malformations with unclear relationships, which do not fit the criteria of a syndrome. This case report presents a rare finding of tubular colonic duplication in association with Mayer–Rokitansky–Küster–Hauser syndrome in an adolescent girl. The patient presented with gastrointestinal bleeding and abdominal pain, necessitating surgical intervention. The successful excision of the duplicated segment highlights the importance of prompt diagnosis and treatment in such cases. |
