Popis: | The article discusses the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of cutaneous vasculitis in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and the role of autoimmune disturbances in the development of micro- and macrovascular thrombosis of the venous and arterial vessels caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus infection. A clinical case is described in which skin necrosis in the elbow joint area developed in a patient with a long-term course of RA after COVID-19. The process subsided against the background of treatment with an interleukin-6 inhibitor. |
