This paper summarized the practice of integrated medical and nursing ward rounds in a patient with cerebrovascular disease. A ward rounds team was established to evaluate the patient’s condition. Key issues and potential risks observed in the wards rounds were analyzed, and effective treatment and high-quality nursing plan was made to improve the early recovery of the patient.
