This article examines the methodological basis for creation of effective strategies for enterprises’ development in the public-private partnerships (PPP) frameworks in conditions of changes and challenges. PPP makes favourable conditions for effective relations of entities from state and private sectors in the course of project and program development and delivery. Each participant of such partnership executes exactly the tasks which they can deliver better than the others, and this ensures getting the best economic results. Effective schemes of relations among the state and private sectors are analyzed in four perspectives: interdependency, cooperation, collaboration, and competition. In this context, we determine the state policy components for economic development of the regions. As a result, the author proposes the model of strategic development of enterprises and the enterprise positioning in the modern economic environment in the system of interrelation between stakeholders. |
