Popis:	The aim of the article is to outline the risk management issues in metallurgical enterprises. In particular, the paper deals with the implementation of integrated risk management (IMERM-model) in metallurgical enterprises, since comprehensive risk management needs to be handled in an integrated way. The most important thing, however, is the ability to use appropriate methodology to this end. Therefore, risk management in metallurgical enterprises should be analysed by adopting a functional approach.
