Popis:	This article seeks to make an analysis of the financial management of companies in the industrial sector of Boyacá. By conducting surveys to a random sample of employers, which threw the results in terms of the variables accounting, budgeting, tax, costs, analysis of financial management, working capital and financial environment. After the process of recognition of financial management, an analysis of the main strengths and weaknesses of the companies in the sector will be made, so as to raise the main strategies developed by entrepreneurs.
