Popis: | The paper considers issues related to the development of technology for the use of spinning waste in the production of cotton yarn. The process of forming a column of cotton fibers with included waste in an improved feeder-hopper of a loosening-scutching unit designed for cleaning from foreign impurities and dust is theoretically analysed. The optimal design parameters of an improved hopper-feeder with perforated walls have been determined depending on the performance of the loosening-scutchingunit. The approximate distribution of the concentration of foreign impurities and dust is determined depending on the technological and design features of the improved hopper-feeder with perforated walls. The optimal technological parameters of the post-treatment of the formed fibrous layer of cotton after the hopper-feeder have been determined. |
