Identification of molecular mechanisms involved in chemoresistance constitutes a key challenge to define new therapeutic concepts. Here, we show that the ATR/CHK1 pathway, essential in maintaining genomic stability, is involved in resistance and proliferation characteristics of leukemic cells. |
