| Popis: | The present paper, after analyzing the existing and related scientific and new case law doctrine, explores the meaning to be attributed to the "fallen crosses", for the purposes of the application of article 15 of the so-called Historical Memory Act. The results constitute a sufficient legal basis to be able to conclude the inapplicability of this law provision in this case. |
