Reliable operation of the UES of Russia depends to a large extent on the timely detection, registration and transmission to the dispatch and technological control centers of data on emergency events and processes in the event of accidents in the power system. The analysis was carried out and the effectiveness of the emergency event recorders located in the operating zone of the North Caucasus RDU for 2014 was determined. The need for specialists of the relay protection and automation Service of the North Caucasus RDU in an automated information system that can help in the work is determined. Work has begun on creating a system for transmitting emergency events in real time to the dispatch center. The use of this system will reduce the time for searching and processing information, thereby increasing the efficiency of decisionmaking and reliability of the power system. |
