Popis: Severe cutaneous adverse reactions (SCAR) is a T cell-mediated, potentially lethal drug hypersensitivity (DH). Here, the authors identify a carbamazepine-specific TCR common among patients with carbamazepine-induced SCAR that confers SCAR-like pathology in mice upon carbamazepine exposure, thereby implicating specific TCRs in DH etiology.
