Popis: Epigenetic mechanisms play a key role in drug-associated memories and behaviors. Here authors show that mice deficient of BAF53b, a nucleosome remodeling complex subunit, display deficits in synaptic plasticity and cocaine-associated memory, both of which can be rescued by BDNF application.
