Popis: Global business environment and business internationalization impose to organizations' managements the need to face numerous inevitable heterogeneities and overcome geographic, political, cultural, and other barriers. The differences in national cultures demand special attention considering the fact that they have a dominant influence on the behavior of individuals and groups within an organization. The purpose of this work is to indicate the necessity of adopting multiculturalism in the organizations of international character, as well as to perceive the significance of successful managing of cultural differences as essential potential for acquiring competitive advantage. .
