| Popis: | On the model of experimental malignant rats’ brain glioma (stamm 101.8) efficiency of antiblastic medicine of plant origin ukrain was compared to cisplatin. At rats with glioma, treated with ukrain and cisplatin, the reliable increase of animals life-span on 33–37,5% compared with control index, was obtained. In brain glioma tissue signs of cytodestructive and citostatic influence of medicines been tested, were observed, more expressed at cisplatin application. |
