Popis: | This work analyses how levels of student satisfaction have changed with regard to the subject Safety and Prevention in Building Engineering at the University of the Basque Country (Spain), following its adaptation to the European Higher Education Area. The basic aim of this agreement was to enable a European Higher Education Area to be set up in such a way that university qualifications issued by different universities included within their field of application would be comparable. This study has been done by collecting data from the school years 2010/11 and 2011/12. To this end, the teaching guides before and after adaptation have been analysed and the results obtained in student satisfaction opinion polls compared regarding their views on the teaching provided by staff. The results reflect a slight improvement in satisfaction among students, especially in the case of those aspects related to general satisfaction and assessment criteria. |
