Popis: Abstract Introduction Conventional Doppler measurements have limitations in predicting left ventricular diastolic dysfunction (LVDD) in patients with mitral regurgitation (MR). Recently, electrocardiographic P‐wave peak time (PWPT) has been proposed as a parameter of detecting LVDD.
