Popis:	The MITF transcription factor directly binds to the kinase domain of RAF kinases, including ARAF, BRAF and CRAF in melanoma cells. RAF/MITF complex promotes cytoplasmic accumulation of MITF and thus negatively regulates its transcriptional activity.
