The legal repercussions of the different forms of family constitution generated by the social transformation are analyzed, aiming at widening the diversity of the production of the sources of the meaning of the Law, which generate conflicts within the family, which makes difficult the legal recognition of the different forms relatives. It is problematic: To what extent do constitutional values allow the human being to be able to become aware of a citizen, of an autonomous right, capable of self-determination, of creating his own history. It is concluded that new forms of conflict resolution can be expanded through the perspective of continuous democracy. |
