Popis: This paper 'The Rightful Sunni Schools of Law and Overview of the Ibn Taimiyah and Muhammad Abd al Wahhab Taxation Approach' gives an overview on the main Sunni Islam law schools. It refers also on the duodecimal Shi'ism wing. It especially emphasize the tax concept of Ibn Taimiyah. Among the medieval Islamic scholars, Ibn Taimiyah was the most devoted to the taxation issues. The works of Ibn Taymiyah, as a neohanbalite scholar, had the great impact on the foundation and development of the Mohamed Abd al Wahhab's teaching. His teaching and Wahhabi movement in general have always had a political aim. Wahhabism is the ruling Islamic doctrine in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It has also a great influence on the religious, legislative, political, economical and social issues in the other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
