Popis: The shotcrete technology (application of a concrete layer) is widely used in coal mines. The applied layer of shotcrete to the underground workings support, changes the load capacity of the entire supporting system (and its elements). The coating of shotcrete is several times cheaper, faster and safer compared to the traditional reconstruction of the roadways - replacement of the supports. Appropriate selection of shotcrete parameters will allow applying shotcrete to places previously dedicated for reconstruction, and thus reduce the financial resources consumed in the mines for the reconstruction of underground workings. The article presents a method of testing steel arch supports covered with shotcrete, a station for weighting support section and a test plan.
