Popis: | In France, one over four workers were teleworkers from the start of the first lockdown in March 2020 (DARES, April 2020). Before the crisis, telework presented benefits (reduction of transport times, delegation, development of autonomy, quality of life at work) and risks (isolation, blurring, work overload, loss of social connections) as a means of a remote organization. In times of health crisis, it is a form of forced, sometimes degraded telework that presents new and emerging risks. New relationships at work appeared, revealing the existence of psychosocial risks. The objective of this research is to analyze teleworking during the lockdown in France and its consequences as an organizational rearrangement on the emergence of psychosocial risks. We hypothesize that organizations have not sufficiently formalized the implementation of teleworking during confinement and that the evolution of the managerial relationship without an adapted framework has an impact on psychosocial risks. A quantitative study carried out in two stages reveals that communication and formalization have been insufficient and that the evolution of working conditions has resulted in new situations of stress, increased workload, hyper-connectivity, isolation, sources of psychosocial risks. |
