| Popis: | Management of incisional hernias in patients with cirrhosis, ascites, or bowel covered only by skin poses a challenge for the reconstructive surgeon. We hypothesized that a completely extraperitoneal repair with coverage of the hernia defect with autologous tissue and onlay mesh reinforcement could be an alternative for a durable repair. |
