Popis:	Abstract Androgen deprivation therapy is a standard of care for metastatic prostate cancer. A paradoxical approach utilizing high doses of testosterone in castration‐resistant prostate cancer patients demonstrated clinical responses. Here, we report on four heavily pretreated Japanese patients (including one patient on hemodialysis) successfully treated with supra‐physiological doses of testosterone.
