Popis: We present a genome assembly from an individual female Bombus hortorum (the garden bumblebee; Arthropoda; Insecta; Hymenoptera; Apidae). The genome sequence is 296 megabases in span. The majority of the assembly is scaffolded into 18 chromosomal pseudomolecules.
