FEATURES DECRYPTING THE ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE OF A COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION

Popis: The study of organizational culture is a relatively new direction in management, which was developed when it became clear that the commercial success of companies is predetermined by their high organizational culture. But the problem of deciphering the organizational culture of a particular enterprise is the main one that modern researchers in this field are working on. One of the effective tools to solve this problem is the method of “clinical examination”, called by E. Shane “iterative clinical interview”. The article considers the experience of conducting such research on the example of a specific commercial organization. The goal is to study and decipher the organizational culture of Par-fyum Novosibirsk JSC, as well as to prepare and formulate recommendations for its improvement. Method of research. To identify the features of the organizational culture of JSC “Perfume Novosibirsk”, a sociological method was used, including a questionnaire survey, interviews, and conversations. And to decipher the organizational culture of the base organization, the method “clinical examination” was used, called by E. Shane “iterative clinical interview”. Results. In this study, the organizational culture of Perfum Novosibirsk JSC was studied, steps were taken to decipher it, and practical recommendations were prepared for its improvement. Scope of the results. The results of this research will help the managers of perfum Novosibirsk JSC to improve the existing organizational culture, form an effective team from the company’s team, which will ultimately help to improve the efficiency and long-term operation of the Company.
