The paper explores theoretical and practical issues regarding social standards and guarantees, as well as their relationship. The calculation and analysis of the consumer basket was carried out; the analysis of the minimum wage, minimum wage, minimum pension provision, as well as the analysis of nominal and real wages with the consumer price index. Gaps in the legislative framework have been identified. A «road map» has been developed to improve the institutional environment in the field of social policy. |
