Popis: | Alveolar Soft Part Sarcoma (ASPS) is a very rare type of soft tissue sarcoma. Its cell of origin is unclear. It usually presents in the second to fourth decade of life. The most common reported sites of ASPS are the lower extremities, the head and the neck. Because of the rarity of this disease, there is no standard treatment plan. Surgical excision with negative margins is considered as the treatment of choice. We are reporting a rare presentation of ASPS as a male breast lump. |
