Popis: | Purpose: Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) can potentially cause decreased spermatogenesis and subsequent infertility. Recent studies have suggested that 17-hydroxyprogesterone (17-OHP) is a reliable surrogate for intratesticular testosterone (ITT) that is essential for spermatogenesis.
