| Popis: | The paper aims at highlighting the relationship among democracy, public administration and ethics. Starting from the analysis of the corruption problem, the Author illustrates how ethics can direct the action of the public administration, in order to pursue the common good. In this process aimed at corroborating democracy, faith is allied with reason, confirming the centrality of dignity, freedom and equality in the Italian legal system. |
