Popis: We present a genome assembly from an individual mottled worm, Allolobophora icterica (Annelida; Clitellata; Crassiclitellata; Lumbricidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 1,117.80 megabases. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 16 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 15.33 kilobases in length.
