Popis: The performativity of the university implies a systemic approach of the triptych : EAD / professionalization of teachers / governance. In order to match the University outputs (successful graduates) to the imputs from the socioeconomic sector (operational professionals), the MESRS has signed a twinning convenant with the European Union known by its acronym « PAPERS ». The purpose of this article is to show how this major project meets the goals of the ministry.
