Popis: | Assisted reproductive technology(ART) faces challenges such as low embryo implantation rates due to uterine factors, and infertility caused by ovarian function suppression and abnormal semen. Platelet-rich plasma(PRP), which is rich in various bioactive substances, can play an anti-inflammatory role and promote cell proliferation, vascular regeneration and injury healing, and is now a hot topic in ART. This paper describes the relevant research on PRP in ART for clinical reference, aiming to standardize the application of PRP in ART and provide a new treatment for infertile couples. |
