Popis:	The article considers the role of innovative cooperation in modernization of national economies of the countries of the Eurasian economic union (EAEU). Necessity of mutual innovative cooperation for economic modernization of the EAEU states is revealed, available prerequisites of its activization are considered. The development of mutual innovative cooperation in principal directions is analysed. Prospects of coordinated modernization of national economies of the EAEU countries under the leadership of Russia are revealed.
