Popis:	This article aims to present the evolution of Brazilian legislation regarding the possibility of using consensual means in matters of administrative improbity (Law No. 8,429 / 92). Judicial and extrajudicial tools will be examined, from the study of all the rules published on the subject, until the advent of the civil non-prosecution agreement, introduced in our system by Law No. 13.964 / 2019.
