Popis:	The first record of Entoloma albotomentosum Noordel. & Hauskn., a member of the subgenus Claudopus and section Claudopus, is reported from Poland. A full description and illustration of the species based on Polish specimens are given and its taxonomy, ecology, and general distribution are also provided.
