Popis: | Rapid declines in nematode populations has been observed by the use of organic amendments in soil when decomposing plant based material release toxic compounds, while long term effects include increase in the yield and have no toxic effect on soil bacteria unlike the chemicals. In the present experiment Turtob-F was used to control population of three plant nematodes and to observe its effect on yield and population of Klebsiella sp. in soil. The population of all three nematode namely Meloidogyne incognita, Helicotylenchus pseudorobustus and Tylenchorhynchus indicus were remarkably decreased (P |
