| Popis: | Thrombocytopenia is a serious complication of HCV infection and often the first sign of this disease. The main role in the development of thrombocytopenia in HCV belongs to hypersplenism and activity of inflammatory process in the liver. Complex treatment of patients with secondary thrombocytopenia can, in some measure, to improve prognosis, reduce bleeding in patients with HCV. |
