Popis:	Complete descriptions are given of Mesodorylaimus potus Heyns, 1963, a new record for the Kruger National Park and M. aegypticus (Andrassy, 1958) recorded here for the first time from South Africa. Additional information and new distribution records are given for Mesodorylaimus sp. cf paralitoralis (Basson & Heyns, 1974) and Thornenema haldum (Thome, 1939). A compendium is also presented for the 17 recognized Mesodorylaimus species from South Africa.
