Popis: The skin is the largest and only externally visible organ of the body, and healthy skin is crucial for holistic physical and social-emotional wellbeing. In remote northern Australia, a variety of skin infections are endemic, which can impact on wellbeing. These include pruritic infections such as scabies, tinea,1 and headlice that can lead to skin disruption and subsequent impetigo.2,3
