Diffusion mechanism and parameter optimization in the process of grouting reinforcement of drenching and soft roadway

Popis: In order to study the penetration,diffusion mechanism and parameter optimization in the process of grouting reinforcement and sealing of drenching and soft roadway,firstly,the fluid-solid coupling numerical analyses were applied to explore the principle of slurry motion and diffusion in the rock mass,and the reasonable grouting pressure,time and water-cement ratio were given.Then based on the elastic-plastic and seepage theory,the relationship of grouting reinforcement radius and size of plastic zone was analyzed under the osmotic pressure to determine reasonable grouting depth.Research results showed that:Diffusion range of high-water viscosity time-dependent slurry increased with the grouting pressure,water-cement ratio and time in the rock mass,and the reasonable grouting pressure was 2.5 MPa; water-cement ratio was 2∶1; grouting time was about 30 min under geological conditions of the SXJ production.The radius of plastic zone decreased with the increase of grouting radius but the decrement become low,it concluded that the reasonable grouting radius was about 10.29 m.The radius of the plastic zone around the roadway under the osmotic pressure of 0.5 MPa and the grouting raduis of 5.5 m was 2.84 m greater than the radius of 2.10 m under non-seepage pressure.The optimized grouting parameters were applied to the treatment of surrounding rock of drenching and soft roadway using deep-hole anchorage grouting technology,and the good results had been achieved.
