In order to study the influence mechanism of emotional intelligence on miners’ unsafe behaviors, emotional labor strategy was introduced as an intermediary variable. Based on a questionnaire survey of 300 miners, the optimal structural equation model of the influence of emotional intelligence on miners’ unsafe behaviors was constructed by AMOS24.0 software. The results show that: all dimensions of emotional intelligence of miners have a significant negative impact on the surface acting, and a positive impact on the deep acting, and the ability of self-emotion perception, emotion regulation and emotional use ability have a significant negative impact on unsafe behavior. At the same time, surface acting and deep acting in emotional labor strategy mediate the relationship between emotional intelligence and unsafe behavior of miners. |
