Popis: Harlequin ichthyosis (HI) is a rare genetic skin disorder characterized by dry, thickened, scaly, fish-like skin with an autosomal recessive inheritance pattern. It is the severest form of ichthyosis and is associated with poor survival. We report a case of HI that presented to our facility and highlight the challenges associated with the management of this condition in our environment.
